The experts
Tamta Gamezardashvili
- Tamta is a CEO and a Founder of Unorthodox Ventures Ltd, an advisory firm working with start ups and Venture Capital funds on capital raise and revenue acceleration. Her approach is very unique and quite unorthodox, in line with her company name. She combines explicit and implicit data, psychoanalyses investors and advises on the best approach and investor acquisition strategy. Tamta comes from enterprise tech background and has worked at big blue chip tech companies such as Salesforce, Google and Palantir. Since she has entered the VC/start up industry she has been referred to by her clients as a “secret weapon”. More and more funds who are trying to raise, innovate and have a fresh perspective are having conversations with her to become more relevant, advanced and innovative in how they run their fundraising and engage with LPs. She is also involved in portfolio companies and advised on revenue acceleration. Furthermore, Tamta is a passionate supporter of female entrepreneurs and has created a community of female founders and investors for whom she organised monthly get togethers. This community has organically grown from 4 to over 250+ women in a span of a couple of months and consists of high calibre, influential females changing and challenging the status quo.

Being slightly obsessed with operations & processes, Val continued her operator journey as a freelance consultant & advisor to a variety of start-ups and scale-ups.Valerie is passionate about creating more opportunities for female entrepreneurs, and co-runs The JV Network, an investment network bringing female founders & investors together.
